The problem faced by many firms

The modern accounting practice has a number of key roles that require a full-time presence such as Practice Administrator/s, Financial Controller; Practice Manager and quite possibly, a General Manager. 

When considering and implementing technology within the firm, that responsibility is generally given to one or a combination of the people conducting these roles.  Furthermore, time is also spent by at least one partner (sometimes more) to oversee these changes too.  There are several problems that this approach presents:

With 20 years’ experience in the accounting industry in both Practice and General Manager capacities, we have seen how it, and technology has transformed.  Having worked with a number of small to mid-tier firms, we understand firm operations better than most.
